Certain images are editable/changeable etc. Some are not as these make up your travel site design. The pictures seen on your "Best Deals" pages are editable/changable and these can be found in your Image Bank.
Your image bank can be found here: http://www.yourtravelsite.co.uk/images/image-bank (When changing a picture in Contribute this is the location you will need to go to/follow in order to find the image bank located on your site).
Q.What is an image bank and why do I need one?
The image bank is available for you to display an image that is specific to the offer you input. For example, you wish to add a best deal offer to Amsterdam. By changing the picture/s for the offer to the "Amsterdam" picture in the image bank will make your offer more specific and in keeping. We are always adding new pictures to the image bank for you to use. If you have specific theme in mind, please let us know.
Q. Do i have to do anything to the image? ie. resize it.
No, the images in the image bank have all been designed to adhere to your design, resizing any images on your site may see your site structure disfigure.
Q. Can i add my own images to the site?
Yes, but only on your "Best Deals" pages/offers. You will need to save them at a certain size though, (ie. height & width). Your image must be 200 pixels wide and any pixels high (within reason). Any more or less on the width aspect and you may cause your site not to display correctly. To use your own pictures, simply follow the instructions on how to edit your picture and choose "Images on My Computer" in the pop up box instead of "Images on Web site" (See Below) - You will need to have saved your own image on your PC somewhere first. Again at the size of 200 pixels wide and any hieght.
Once you changed the picture to one of your own, you can then simply "publish" the page in Contribute and your changes will be seen LIVE on your web site immediately.
